We use Royal Mail to send out goods. Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery to all UK buyers. Any items that are oversized and exceed the weight of 1Kg, another delivery method may be required. We reserve the rights to use any third party courier if needed. It is free postage to all UK addresses. ..

Once the goods have been delivered to you, we may send an email to you asking for conformation that you have received the ordered goods and they arrived in good condition. For UK mainland customers, a Flat delivery rate will be applied to all orders.

Should any items arrive in damaged condition, or become lost through Royal Mail's postal system, please notify us immediately. Once we have established the problem, a claim procedure can then be filed and reported. Any refunds due will be carried out by us promptly, however we may require your co-operation to complete open claims.
